"But its on sale!", "I absolutely need this!", "Bob has one, I need one too!"...
Sound familiar? Well it shouldn't! Maybe that's why your credit card bill is pretty high. It might be time to give your card a break, or even just cool it down. Some things you can do to get that bill down is to hide that credit card. Start using cash instead, that way you can not spend what you do not have. In other words you have to save your cash until you have enough for the item you want. Your debt that you have collected is based on the opposite, you can but it now and pay for it later (along with the interest).
Try this, get a zip lock bag (water tight) fill it with water, and put all of your credit cards in it. Zip it shut and freeze it! The next time you need to purchase something, your going to have to wait a long time for them to defrost. Use that time to think about the purchase. Do you really need it? Do you really need to keep up with the Jones? Also your card might not work after being exposed to extreme cold and getting wet. Good luck!
